Some of the suggestions of our chef include Venetian, Italian and International cuisine, as well as specialties from Puglia: bean and prawn puree; raw shellfish with aromatic herbs and lemon water-ice; fresh ravioloni stuffed with buttered bass and a hint of lobster; meat lasagna au gratin smothered with light pesto butter; tuna with sesame seeds and Tropea onion marmalade; fried lobster; calamari and fresh orchard vegetables; very fine ricottina in orange Grand Marnier sauce.

Wines

A trendy and elegant restaurant like the Avogaria will not disappoint you in its wine cellar:
wines like Amarone della Valpolicella, a classic DOC 15%; classic Chianti DOCG 13.5%; Brunello di Montalcino DOC 13.5%; Barolo DOCG 14%; Gewürztraminer DOC 13%; Soave DOC 12.5%, etc.
