Some of the suggestions of our chef include Venetian, Italian and International cuisine, as well as specialties from Puglia: bean and prawn puree; raw shellfish with aromatic herbs and lemon water-ice; fresh ravioloni stuffed with buttered bass and a hint of lobster; meat lasagna au gratin smothered with light pesto butter; tuna with sesame seeds and Tropea onion marmalade; fried lobster; calamari and fresh orchard vegetables; very fine ricottina in orange Grand Marnier sauce.
